Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid courses on STF Ecosystem.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase

  • You have not completed more than 30% of the course

  • There is a proven technical issue preventing access


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • You change your mind after full access

  • You have completed a significant portion of the course

  • You violated platform terms

  • The course was purchased during a special discount/promo (optional — you can keep or remove this)
